Hey Community, Encountering Error 503 while syncing grades to Skyward consistently. Last week's sync was successful.

Thanks for reaching out to the community for support! A 503 error indicates an issue with the server processing the request. Normally when I have seen these it's something going on with the SIS server. However It depends on what stage in the sync that the 503 error occurs.
If it's still occurring I recommend reaching out to Canvas Support so the SIS Team can investigate the sync. They may be able to provide you will the full error in which case you can reach out to Skyward to have them investigate. It could be something simple like server maintenance happening during the sync and the sync time just needs to be adjusted. I would definitely start by opening a ticket with Canvas Support though.
