In the meantime, if you are the Canvas Admin, you can try going to your "root account" -> SIS integration, and checking the SIS import for the latest roster pull from Infinite Campus. How do I view Canvas Infinite Campus roster job sync details?
When looking at a rostering job, the numbers after the job's name are the corresponding SIS imports that happened with that roster. You want to look for the one that contains the courses that are being pulled. You might see an error there -- if so, you'll want to fix what the error is.
You can also download the file when viewing the Rostering Job Details from the Extract Details tab of what was pulled in Infinite Campus. That can help narrow down where the issue may lie. (If the course doesn't show up in that file, that's definitely something you want to investigate with whoever manages your SIS.)
