Importing Category Issue PowerTeacher Pro

Hello,

I am trying to import categories from Powerteacher Pro into Canvas. It will only import my Classwork Category and not my Quiz or Test category. I have double checked in Powerteacher that these categories are set up and active for all quarters and classes/sections. I also deleted any assignment groups in Canvas that were similar to the Powerteacher ones. 

Any suggestions?
