New Student Roster Won't Sync

My roster sync from PowerSchool to Canvas has successfully synced all existing users, teachers and students, from the last school year. However, no new students and no new teachers will sync. I've never had this happen before, it's always just automatically synced. I have teachers added into Canvas and their rosters set up in PowerSchool. Why won't anyone new sync? Any ideas?

@AngelaCooper1 Hi, Angela! If you are the Canvas Admin for your district, check the sync status in the SIS Integration page. That will show you what's happening with the sync. If something's wrong with the sync, place a SIS ticket in the Field Admin console or contact Canvas support.
