Powerschool grade sync not pulling grades over

I have a teacher that has used nightly sync all year long with success. Recently, she had her students take a Canvas quiz and has been since graded. Her nightly sync brought over the assignment, but the grades for the quiz will not pull over into Powerschool.

Welcome! Based on the pictures that you sent we don't have enough information to figure out why it wasn't syncing over. 😞

Some things to check are the following:

• Do all students have a grade for this assignment?
• Have you tried syncing again to see if it was just a temporary error?
• Were there any errors present on the nightly sync?

If the above doesn't help with the issue you can always contact Canvas support, if you have that available to you.
