Hello,
We recently have moved or switched our SIS from the Jenzabar to JenzabarOne (J1) and I am wondering if the cloud migration has impacted our SIS Import process.
Our SIS Import randomly is showing the following errors and I have never seen them before.
I have attached the error report.
Hi @wmdrayton
If you look at the actual feed file that is generating the error message (Courses_2023_10.csv, Faculty_2023_10.csv, etc.), what do you see when you look at the row indicated in the error message?
Hi @wmdrayton
It’s been a while since we’ve heard from you. We hope you are doing well and that you’ve found an answer to your question!
The Community Team acknowledges that this thread may not have a proper answer yet. I have moved your question to the SIS forum, as there may be someone actively monitoring that area that can give you a better answer.
