Font weight difference for comments box between old and modernized SpeedGrader.

Hi,

I'm noticing that the modernized SpeedGrader comments RCE seems to have a slightly heavier weight than the old SpeedGrader (and the rest of Canvas).  It's a minor difference, but it really doesn't fir in with the rest of Canvas, and I hope it's something that can be adjusted.  It's not just the text inside the RCE wither, the word count below it seems to be different as well.
