Add an export option, preferably CSV, to the View Notifications list (found in Admin Tools). 

 "From the "From the View Notifications tab, you can verify whether a user is receiving the appropriate notifications. The View Notifications feature must first be enabled in your account by your Customer Success Manager and can be managed as a user role permission. To view a user’s notifications, enter the user’s name in the Search People field. Click the user’s name, then enter a date range for which you want to view the user's notifications. Click the Find button and view the user’s applicable notifications."
