If you have it so that a module does not release until a student earns 100% on something AND you also have late penalties set up, then the student will earn the late penalty and never have a chance to earn that 100%. This seems wrong, if you simply want to ensure a student earns 100% on something before moving on, while still assigning a penalty if they do not submit on the original deadline, you can't.

Please fix this. For grade rules in module requirements, allow the ability to factor in the grade either pre or post late penalty.
