How do we restrict a quiz to use a single session at a time? 

We often find students logging in simultaneously from different devices or even different geographical locations to solve quizzes (potentially collaboratively). Restricting the interaction to a single session at a time will make such concurrent collaboration harder. Logging in from another device/location will automatically invalidate the first session.
