Canvas Portfolio

I am trying to login to my Canvas Portfolio and it is telling me my "login information is invalid". But, when I get emailed a password reset it says "something went wrong, please try again". I need to speak to someone on this, but when I tried to call Canvas there was not someone to speak with.
