I have tried for several days and need help accessing Labyrinthelab to take quizzes or tests or upload my assignment. I contacted IT support and my instructor and am still awaiting answers. This is making me miss appointments and get incorrect grades. How do I solve this issue? I have a Mac and use google chrome. I have tried to log in thru Safari and used a PC to log in, but it still tells me I have no access. This is the message that I get, "Sorry, you do not have access to these resources. Please contact your Canvas administrator to resolve the issue. #04."
