Why are schedule times on the half hour? If I try to manually update the time it reverts to 12 AM or the time I've selected in the drop down. We were seeing this in the new Assignments Assign To panel but it was pointed out that I could manually override the time, why isn't that the case with Announcements? Right now, I was trying to test something in my Sandbox, and I have to wait 25 minutes for the next half hour block to post my announcement.
