I have been a Canvas user since 2013 and always found the "to do" list of things to grade helpful.  Now Canvas fails to remove items that have been graded. Sometimes Canvas is interpreting first time submissions as resubmissions, meaning that to resolve the "to do" list I need to go through and click "use same grade for resubmission."  This is time consuming and unnecessary!  At other times I cannot tell why the to-do list retains items that have been graded.

Is anyone else having this problem?  I don't want to live with this for another semester.
