We are brand new to PowerSchool passback this year also and had the same exact problem. Ultimately, we reported it to Support AND to our Priority Services team. It got escalated to the Canvas SIS team and, after a week or so, was resolved.  I would love to tell you exactly WHAT they did on the back end to fix it, but they did not share that with us. I would suggest clearing cache/cookies on your browser and trying again. We find that this resolves a huge number of our issues like this with Edpuzzle. If that doesn't work, reach out to Edpuzzle support. They are really responsive and will be able to help you with this, as this sounds more like an issue with the Edpuzzle tool than with Canvas itself. Hi Geoffrey- It sounds like this is being caused by the sync between your SIS and Canvas.  If your Canvas administrators are running automatic nightly syncs with the SIS, and the enrollments have not been concluded in the SIS, it would make sense that you would see the students reappear in your Canvas course each morning, despite having manually removed them. Canvas does have a feature available from the Canvas Gradebook called the "Message Students Who" feature, which allows you to send an Inbox message to any students who have not yet completed a particular assignment. How do I send a message to students from the Gradebook?  With that being said, this is not an automatic process, as it does require the instructor to initiate the send.  Since there is not an existing related Canvas Feature Ideas, you might consider creating a new request in Ideas. It sounds like their account information is inaccurate. I would suggest reaching out to your Canvas admin to verify that the correct email addresses have been used. The best way to do this is via Google Drive.  Once you connect any given Canvas course to Google Assignments LTI 1.3, a folder called "Assignments" will be automatically created in your Google Drive. That "Assignments" folder will house a folder for each Canvas course; each course folder will have a folder for each individual Google Assignment. If you navigate to the folder for the course and specific assignment in question, you will have editing access to all of your students' in progress work for that assignment. Hi there - This video will show you how to include a video as part of an Inbox message to one or more students.  However, using this functionality, you do not have the ability to edit the video if you are recording it live. This is expected behavior with imports from Commons, whether you are importing an entire course, a module, or an individual course assignment, quiz, or discussion. If you are looking to push out completed courses with specific due dates, you may want to look into Blueprinting, as creating a Blueprint course allows you to associate multiple "child" courses with a "master" Blueprint course and gives you the ability to lock specific course content, including due dates and availability dates. Hi Ward - To use Google Assignments LTI 1.3, your organization needs Google Workspace for Education (formerly G Suite for Education), which is free for educational institutions.  This does mean that your institution would need managed Google accounts for all users. Learn how to sign up for Google Workspace for Education. It definitely sounds as though this is more of a Chromebook issue than a Canvas issue. I would make sure that the Chromebooks are fully updated to the most recent Chrome OS.  Click here for directions for forcing a Chromebook update. I would also suggest that the students try fully logging out of all logged in accounts on the device and then logging back in. Sometimes, this simple act fixes odd problems like this. Hi Bridget - Currently, this feature is not available with New Quizzes. You do have the option to update the New Quiz Settings at any time, which gives you granular control over what the students can and cannot see upon submitting the quiz.  This includes the ability to allow students to view the questions, their answers, the correct answers, and/or your question feedback, as desired.   This just has to be done manually, as there is currently no automation available to release this information on a designated schedule.
