We use Skyward to build our courses in Canvas. We were having an issue with students that withdraw from a campus coming off the rosters, we just figured out how to make that happen. However, now we are still seeing students on rosters for courses they no longer have. We figured out the issue here, is that they dropped a class a campus, but are still active at the school, or transferred to a new section of the same course, but are also staying in the original section. Does anyone know how to fix this with our data import? Thanks.

Has this been addressed? Files from Drive are still coming in as PDF's with no option for Crocodoc or any way to annotate them. It would be nice to have the live file come through, but also have a snapshot at the time of submission. erinhallmark

So excited about Mastery Paths! When I click on a module item, the Mastery Paths option appears, however, when I click on it, it says page not found. If I click on the same item in the course navigation (Quizzes and then the item) I get to the Mastery Path setup. Is this a bug? Should I be able to access Mastery Paths from module view?

Connecting sub accounts to commons groups is a must. Please restore this functionality! In our K-12 district this is how we are sharing resources from the admin level to the campus level. Teachers are starting to come back and since the groups were initially created with sub-accounts, the materials are there, but teachers cannot access the resources, because they are not in the group if they didn't click on it before the switch happened. I have to manually add one at time. I was hoping to at least people able to paste a list of emails at one time, but I have to add one at a time and if they haven't clicked on Commons yet and authorized it, I can't find them. Since the sub-accounts are linked to our SIS, the groups would be auto updated, even if they haven't authorized yet, so when they click on Commons for the first time and authorize they can automatically see the correct group for shared resources. Unfortunately, this fix probably is not going to come fast enough for me and I am going to have to manually add 1,000 teachers to their correct Commons groups by next week.

Hello! I recently received the TCC and Key/Secret combos for our Realize textbooks. However, I need to install the LTI portion to access the TCC. They only gave me the Key/Secret no config url. I've tried a few things but cannot get this to work. Has anyone else received this info and have you successfully installed the TCC's? If so, please tell me what you did to make that happen. TIA!
