Allow teachers to unpublish assignments/quizzes, etc. that have submissions.

Allow students to search for an assignment by name

Many times students need to make up work and have trouble finding it.  They can look on PS and see it is missing so if they could search Canvas by that assignment name it would make it easier for them...

When assigning work to students, under "Assign to" allow us to both select and deselect students

 (I think this may solve the issue we have with trying to differentiate for OCS.  I believe this will allow it to still sync with PS??  but instead of us typing in 22 names every time just to keep 3 O...
