Teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate level, Dr. Michelle Reiss also serves as Chair of the School of Business. Passionate about bringing real-world application to the classroom, Reiss’s diverse marketing expertise includes consumer behavior, the promotion of products and services utilizing both traditional and new technologies and the implementation of consumer research. Dr. Reiss provides expertise in higher education accreditation through her roles as an IACBE Board of Commissioner and site visitor, and SACSCOC site visitor. Reiss also possesses private-sector experience in training and education with the American Red Cross and as a market research analyst and has been published in journals including Psychology and Marketing, the Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Accounting and Finance and the Journal of Business Ethics.
