We rolled out the integration with EvaluationKit last week and had terrible problems with the students not getting the popup notifications inside Canvas that they had surveys due. The solution was to clear the cache or browse in incognito mode.
This is with all bring your own devices so a wide variety of pc's, mac's and browsers and security settings. We checked with our networking group and there are no restrictions on that end.
Has anyone else experienced this- we thought maybe one or two might have issues, but in one class 97 of 98 were impacted.
The tool works if we send them a direct link- but not with the pop up method.
