I have a faculty member with two students reporting that they are unable to access a course that I have verified has been published. Other students are accessing the course just fine, and it appears as though these two students can access the other courses they are enrolled in this quarter, but for some reason this particular course is "greyed out" and the students can't click to enter it from their list of courses on their dashboards.
Has anyone else encountered this before? Any suggestions for how to fix it?
