Is there a way to change the default time zone in Service Cloud? It appears the default is Mountain Time, and I'm in British Summer Time, which makes for some crazy time stamps...

So, Martha Zumack, Service Cloud relies on personal settings to determine what time zone should be displayed. I just updated your profile. We're working on a way to expose these settings to you so you can change them yourself. :-)
Martha, that sounds like a pretty big time difference to contend with!
I think questions related to Service Cloud will probably get a quicker answer if they are posted in the The specified item was not found. area. That way Seth Johnson will automatically see and be able to respond!
