How can I send a quiz to teachers without adding them on my course?

Hello. When I made google forms in the past to share with teachers to get student input, all I had to do was make a copy of one already pre-made and I just email it to the teachers. How can I do that without having to add teachers in my course? I would not want to add them because I have 22 students whom I need input about and they all have varying 6-7 gen ed teachers. Thanks!

Hi  @mldvelaway , and welcome to the Canvas community!  Yes, you can definitely share quizzes with other teachers without adding them as teachers to your course.  You will use the Direct Share and Copy methods.  Sharing is to share quizzes with those outside of your course.  Copy is to copy to another course that you teach.  Here's some info to help you get started.

So I just learned what a survey is today and that’s actually what I needed so that I may get their feedback for a student whose meeting I will have. Can I still SHARE this as you have mentioned and get the teachers to reply? Additionally, Im assuming I’m able to duplicate this survey as often as I want?

 @mldvelaway  Welcome to the Canvas Community! Direct share will copy or send a copy of the quiz (in this case, a Classic Quiz of the survey type) to the destination, so each recipient will get a separate version of the survey in the Shared Content tab of their user account. I used the Copy to function to create three copies of the survey within the same course. It worked just fine; that said, I recommend renaming each copy after you create it and before moving to the next copy.
