[Catalog] Notification of When an Enrollment Cap is Reached and Close Enrollment

Hi everyone,

As admins of Canvas Catalog, we would like the ability to receive a notification that provides information on when a cap for a course has been reached and also that Canvas Catalog will automatically close the listing for enrollment. We know that there will be a message displayed on the course card that the cap for the course has been reached but we would like to be notified of this.
