Admin Analytics for Exploring Unpublished / Inactive Courses?

Maybe I'm missing how to do this, but it seems Admin Analytics can't yet be used to explore unpublished inactive courses that contain content. Here is the use case: We have a subaccount of 4700+ courses we migrated from another LMS. When I pull those up and go the Courses tab no matter how I adjust filters (all zeros or all blank), I can't get Admin Analytics to see more than 45 of the 4700. I want to find the courses we migrated over with 300+ announmnent, or 200+ quizzes, or 700+ pages since those are red flags for some extra attention and assistance. Also, when instructors are developing courses before term start, I'd like to mine those for data and reach out pro-actively - "hey I see the the course you are working on for this summer has 400 assignments...do you need some help?" 🙂

Maybe I'm missing a switch, so let me know if there is a way to find what I'm looking for. Thanks!

Hi @DavidSchlater , I see what you mean, in Refine filters even if you define Course or Student with Activity Criteria as 0 page views etc, it doesn't show feature data for courses with 0 activity.  Feature Use in Courses with Activity will not show features in courses with no activity.  I'm not sure if this is a bug or should be a feature request.  We'd like to have this work too because all of our courses are supposed to have a syllabus even if students don't use the course - some are mistakenly left unpublished and we'd like to find those.

You're right -- this does not exist in Admin Analytics currently, but love the idea. Thanks for the details around it!
