Common Uses for Admin Analytics?

My institution has just made Admin Analytics available and I'll soon be doing a presentation to our deans as well as department and program chairs to show them what data is available and give them some ideas about the questions we'll be able to answer with this new access.

For those of you who have had access for a while, what questions have you been able to answer? How have you found the data in Admin Analytics useful beyond identifying students who haven't logged in or who might be in grade trouble? 

I'm sure we'd all benefit from one another's use cases. Thanks!

At the University of Texas at Austin we have been using the Canvas Admin Analytics reports since the launch. We have created a working group to focus on how to use this data to help guide decisions at the College or School level (Sub accounts). Our Sub Account Administrators have been referencing the data to identify "needs" areas. We have a minimum use policy (for Canvas) kicking off in the Fall of 2024, so this data is helping identify which Instructors need some assistance with getting started. We are also focusing on how we can use this data to improve pedagogical practices.

Thanks so much! We don't have a minimum use policy for faculty. Even so, it would be great to identify faculty who might be using Canvas less and reach out to offer help in case their low use is due to lack of knowledge (rather than lack of willingness).
