I would like to know how other college admins track faculty participation/interaction in courses and/or instructor attendance without going to each individual course.  Have you found some report useful? Or, have you had your own created?  Suggestions are really welcome at this point.  New to Canvas and just realized with this term's evaluations I am having to go to each individual course and validate the participation and/or course access dates.

Did you happen to talk with Chris Munzo?  Canvas does not have a native way to track faculty by default, but I have seen institutions have success with the AspireEDU solution.

Due to our small size the company is unwilling to make adjustments to their pricing. It is just way too costly for us.

Doralia -- I think the issue was more about your overlapping terms and how to get an accurate student count.  I've sent you an email directly; we'd love to work this out and have you as a client.  You aren't small at all!!
