I have a teacher that when she is logged in to her Canvas account on her Mac Book or either through the Go site on her iPad, can see all of her modules. When she logs in through the Canvas app, she can not see all of her modules. Any suggestions?

I have never seen that error before. I think my only suggestion is for the teacher to report the issue to Canvas through the app using Report a Problem.
