Hi,
- Where can I enable recurring calendar option so it will show the REPEAT option when I create a EVENT?
- According to the manual it will show under the date and time, here is my screenshot and I can't find a place to turn that feature on.
- My Setting Feature Area has only very few option , is that normal?

I think it would be helpful to refer to the What Feature Options are currently available for my institution? lesson. Under the Recurring Calendar Events heading, it states that this feature "must be configured with the support of your Canvas Customer Success Manager (CSM) before it can be enabled for your institution. Please contact your CSM for assistance." So, that would be my recommendation for you! Hope that helps.
