I am using the Free For Teacher version with my students. I have had a student unable to access the course for 2 weeks now. I used the suggested method that I found in the forums and sent a request to instructure help. No one has reached out to him to reset his password. He got an email that said there has been no activity on his case, but nothing else.
I am not able to change student passwords and the forgot password link does not send him an email.
What can I do to get this student back in my course and working?
Thanks!
Hi Lisa,
I will send you a direct inbox message.
This is my exact problem too. Can someone tell me what to do? Thanks
Hi Aimee,
I see that you are a teacher in a FFT course. I will send you a direct message.
Hi l have same problem
I have the same problem with one of my students, but I'm not on the free version. I use Canvas through EarlyEdU. I have tried contacting them for support but the key person is on vacation this week. Would love a quick fix for this student!
Hi, I need help with this as well. Many of my students aren't able to access the course because the "Forgot Password" link isn't working. Pls. help.
Hi i am a student with Southwestern Oregon Community College and I am having this same issue. when trying to log into Early EDU Alliance through canvas for course 913. When I tried to go in trouble shooting it gave me the option to log on with Canvas but I still can not find the course for my class. If I go back to the link on my Canvas course it still wants me to log in and says invalid username and password.
