Hello @mehrinb ...

There are a couple ways I can think of to do this.

1. Make sure that your "Announcements" course navigation button is visible to your students (so that the crossed-out eye icon does not appear next to it): How do I manage Course Navigation links?
2. Add some of your announcements to your "Home" page: How do I show recent announcements in the Course Home Page?
