Hello, @ddemetri and Welcome to the Canvas Community! A graded discussion would be ideal for this. After all of the students have uploaded their recordings—which they can create either directly in the Canvas media recorder or via a third-party tool—you will be able to comment on them publicly and in context by replying to each of their posts, and/or privately through the Speedgrader, which you'll also use to grade their submissions (replies).
