[ARCHIVED] How students can post videos they each can see?

I would like to have about 40 students upload short video presentations that: 

1. I can grade,

2. I can comment on,

3. All other students can see, 

4. All other students can comment on.

Is there a resource for this? Thank you!

Hello,  @ddemetri  and  Welcome to the Canvas Community! A graded discussion would be ideal for this. After all of the students have uploaded their recordings—which they can create either directly in the Canvas media recorder or via a third-party tool—you will be able to comment on them publicly and in context by replying to each of their posts, and/or privately through the Speedgrader, which you'll also use to grade their submissions (replies).

Am I right in saying that this should be done via Kaltura, which allows an embedded video that doesn't use up my Canvas storage limit (which is rather low)?

Student submissions do not count towards your course storage limits.

 @ddemetri , I've never been at a Kaltura school, but generally speaking, students' uploads to graded activities do not count against the course quota, nor do they count against students' user files quota, as long as they either use the embedded media recorder to create the video or upload it directly to the discussion reply through the Media button.
