Hello! I am a high school English teacher trying to give my final exam in Canvas using lockdown browser. I used New Quizzes to create the exam. When I go to my lockdown browser settings to require it be used to take the final, it simply loads forever. The attached screenshot is what I see.
It allows me to enable lockdown browser for another similar test I wrote with New Quizzes in the past. I can't figure out what's going on.

This could be an issue with your browser. Does this happen when using another browser? Does this only occur when editing the settings for this quiz? I would try clearing your cache using this guide.
If you are still experiencing this issue then you may want to submit a support ticket to Canvas directly so they can look into this for you.
How do I contact Canvas Support?

I had an instructor with the same problem. She had created a quiz with a very long name, and when she tried to enable LockDown Browser in the settings, it just kept loading forever. On whim, I tried changing the quiz name to something shorter, which fixed the problem. That doesn't seem to be the issue with the original poster, since her quiz name is fairly short but I wanted to put this info here just in case anyone else runs into this issue for the same reason.
