[ARCHIVED] May I retrieve content if I reset a shell?

I accidentally reset for a section that I planned to import from.  Is there any possibility to restore the content from that shell?

In a lot of cases Reset does mean exactly that. But, you could try undelete - here are the instructions. https://community.canvaslms.com/groups/ccc/blog/2016/07/07/undelete

 @jonesmn ‌, Bobby has given you a great tip: "undelete" is awesome. My experience has been that it's not likely to work when a course has been completely reset. Here are a few considerations:

• Did the course you reset have enrollments? If so, work directly with the local district Canvas admin to get this resolved.
• The local district Canvas admin, given the right course ID number, might be able to find and restore the course content.
• Check the beta instance for the course; if you find it there, export it and re-import it back into the live course you accidentally deleted—but only after coordinating with your local admin. Associated resources:
