[ARCHIVED] Moodle 3.0 export quiz to Canvas?

Hello our Moodle instance upgraded to 3.0.1 and no longer allows for a QTI file to be created when exporting a quiz/test.  Any suggestions on a way to export a quiz from this new version of Moodle to bring the quiz into Canvas?

Hey Cara,

Wow- what a bummer to hear. This may take a few extra steps, but should work. We use Respondus for any issues we have with our quiz banks. We'll export them out of Canvas, repair them in Respondus, and then re-import them. I'm wondering if this could help your situation with converting them into the correct file type. We have a paid subscription with Respondus, but it may be worth the investment if you have a significant number of QTI files. Just an idea. Keep us posted with what you find out.

We use Respondus as well and it works pretty good. If you don't want to commit to a license just yet, they've got a free 30 day trial!

Thanks...I will look into it. We don't have that much to migrate so perhaps a free trial will work!
