I have teachers that are not assigned any courses in our SIS integration. How do I know what sub-account they are and how to I get them into a specific sub-account?

Hi Amy,
In Canvas users are not managed on a sub-account by sub-account basis. They all 'live' at the root account. Courses and enrollments can be limited to sub-accounts but not actual users.

I have a similar question. Our rosters are also auto-assigned from our SIS, but I have one teacher who is a teacher at a school site, but doesn't have a roster in our SIS. As a result, the site administrator for the school cannot see that teacher, view their usage stats, or "act" as that teacher. Is there a way to manually "add" the teacher to that school site so that the school administrator can see their Canvas account in their Admin portal?
