I have submitted a request several times for a password reset and i still havent recieved a email for me to reset.

Hi @cassandraporter and welcome to the Canvas community! First of all, have you checked your spam mail? It's possible that the email from Instructure Canvas could have gone there. Second, are you an instructor or a student? Third, are you using Canvas in an institution that has a Canvas admin/IT Department? That's who you should reach out to in case you are not able to reset it on your own. Last but not least, you could reach out to Canvas support by submitting a ticket to the Service cloud or by calling them if you have access to that. Please reply if you have any additional questions.

I'm a student I have checked my spam inbox nothing has been recieved,I
called my school they gave canvas #I reached out but they said there was no
one I could talk to and I would have to hit the help button for further
assistance.
Just curious - is this happening on a mobile device (phone) or on a computer?
Computer I've been able to log in until today and I still haven't recieved
a password reset email.
Thank you for letting me know. At this point in time, you need to reach out to your Canvas admin and/or Canvas directly. But your school's Canvas admin really is your best bet. I am sorry that I could not be of more help.
