I have submitted a request several times for a password reset and i still havent recieved a email for me to reset.

Hi @cassandraporter and welcome to the Canvas community! First of all, have you checked your spam mail? It's possible that the email from Instructure Canvas could have gone there. Second, are you an instructor or a student? Third, are you using Canvas in an institution that has a Canvas admin/IT Department? That's who you should reach out to in case you are not able to reset it on your own. Last but not least, you could reach out to Canvas support by submitting a ticket to the Service cloud or by calling them if you have access to that. Please reply if you have any additional questions.
