[ARCHIVED] Unable to correct an incorrect answer

I need to correct one incorrect answer on my  running anatomy course.  I cannot seem to successfully tap in the correct answer.  Everythin seems frozen..  How do I correct an answer??

Hi  @sandystrong54  Welcome to the Canvas Community!

Is your inquiry about a Canvas quiz and are you asking as an instructor or as a student?

As a student, you cannot "correct" an answer you have already submitted to a quiz. Please contact your instructor.

As a teacher, you should be able to edit a quiz, correct the question item, and if appropriate, regrade it.  In the Quizzes and New Quizzes chapters of the Canvas Instructor Guide, you will find lessons for each item type, which will tell you how to edit that item type, and you will also  want to check out What options can I use to regrade a quiz in a course? (legacy quiz tool) and How do I regrade an assessment question in New Quizzes? 

If you are not asking about quizzes, or I somehow missed your point entirely, please let me know.

Thanks. I solved dilemma. I had to re-take entire test again, then submit the correct answer. I’m a student.
