[ARCHIVED] Unable to create multiple choice question bank with equation editor response.
As the title says, I am unable to create a new multiple choice question bank with equation editor responses. It only allows answers in the text box, which is insufficient. Has something changed in this regard? I did this many times last few years, but am unable to do so now.
@dlsnipes I am sorry to hear that the issue is it's not working properly! You might consider clearing the cache for all time on your usual browser to see if it makes a difference. Otherwise I would suggest opening a ticket with Support.
If I am understanding you correctly, you should be able to access the RCE to input equations by clicking the editor pencil icon for the individual possible answer. It's possible to also click in to the textfield to quickly enter in simple choices.
Yes, that is the way it is supposed to work, but does not more than half the time. Changing browsers did not work. I was eventually able to enter in, but it is not working when it is supposed to, which is all the time.
