Can I enroll my students into canvas with out showing them the courses canvas page?

The short & simple answer: don't publish the course until you want your students to see it. How do I publish a course?

Course availability dates may be driven by institutional settings, in which case you shouldn't be changing your start and end dates. You would need to verify that with your institution's Canvas administrator. Regardless of your course availability dates, until the course has been published, students will not be able to see anything.
