Hello, Zoom is not embedded in my menu. During a webinar they said if it didn't show up to go to settings, navigation and it would be there and drag it over. However it is not there. Can you help me?

In order for Zoom to appear on the Navigation menu in a Canvas course, the integration between Zoom and Canvas must be configured by your institution's Canvas Administrator.  The webinar that you attended, was this offered by your institution or by Zoom?

Hi Robbie,

it was put on by our school district. It was a specific Canvas drop in webinar. It said that Zoom was not part of Canvas but was a "plug in" so we could schedule our meetings with students there.

They recommended doing that so we would have one more level of safety.

He said if it didn't show up, don't worry we all have it, just have to retrieve it through the path that I described.

 @Robbie_Grant  is correct. If Zoom is not listed in Navigation, then your school has not enabled it. Everett School District's Learning Management Services should be able to help you, or at least answer your question.  As far as I know, all Washington State K12 schools have Zoom available through the  K-20 Education network

You need to get an LTI (Learning Tool Inoperability).  I am assuming you do have access to Zoom Pro, correct?
