Hello, Evan! All instructor roles have the ability to add Zoom meetings to various parts of their Canvas courses (Announcements, Module, Calendar, or even just in the Course itself). There may be ways to integrate the tool itself into Canvas at the admin level, but you also can just post your Personal Meeting ID into any Rich Content Editor to provide that information to students in the course.

Hi evan.jackson, just to add to the great information  @buchsw  provided, if you are a student and you look in the paces Wade suggested and don't find the meeting link, I would suggest reaching out to your instructor for guidance.  We have out Zoom account set up so that it appears as a separate tab in a course itself, but since a Zoom invite could be placed in many locations, sent as an Inbox message, or even through email, your instructor may be the best person to give you the best place to look for this.
