Invalid Token

I'm trying to log in to canvas using a different computer. Although my ID and password are correct I receive a message "invalid token". What does this mean?

Hi,  @jmannino . It is possible that you log in to Canvas through something called a "gateway" that is set up by your school and I am curious if that is where the error is coming from or what part of Canvas this might be from. Could you share a screenshot of what the error message looks like (hiding any sensitive information)?

It doesn’t seem to matter which way I access the site - though college site or search bar.

This is the message I get when I try to access using a different computer.

Thank you for that extra information, Jennifer. That is not looking like something I am familiar with from Canvas. I would recommend contacting your school to see if they can assist. If it turns out it is an issue with Canvas they will know how to raise that issue with Canvas Support.

I did find one related discussion at Canvas won't let student log in. Are you using Safari on an iPhone?
