Hi
I hope there is no obvious answer or else it's going to be rough on my ego.
I built a public canvas site. The setting for public has been double checked. Everything loads quite well when logged into the domain. However, disaster strikes when not logged into the domain. No images load.
The files are all set to publish.
The site itself loads, but without the images.
A right click to open an image requires me to log into the domain.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what settings should be checked?

Hi,
It turns out that a browser refresh did the trick. My ego is sorely bruised.

Sigh. Sorry to have bothered you. And I didn't notice the replies because the new layout at the top of the page has small white numbers next to the bell. Maybe they should be a little larger and with a circle around them to call them out. Silly me.
I maintain several open sites and have never had this issue. One question I do have is about the files. Are the files in the same course? This often is an issue in our semester courses when instructors copy and paste content from one course to another. The links to the content are still associated with the other course which may not be public. In the case with our semester courses unenrolled students don't have access. Also what error message do you see when you login?
