SpeedGader: student cannot see Assignments Comments

Students cannot see my Assignment Comments in SpeedGrader even though I pressed "submit"

Someone else had this challenge and had to submit a support ticket. (see Report a Problem in this guide https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12877-4152719652 )

I'm afraid I do not have access to an iPad or Apple cell to find out.

I will ask around and see what I can find for you.

I take it from a colleague that 'Speedgrader looks great on the Safari browser on an iPad in landscape mode' and 'Access to Speedgrader through the Safari browser on an iPad is the same process as it would be on a desktop device'
