My recommendation is to reach out directly to your Canvas administrator at your school or someone from their Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning team. Canvas Community members don't have access to your school's Canvas environment or any of your courses, so this would be hard for us to troubleshoot with you. However, folks at your school who work with the administration side of Canvas should be able to troubleshoot this with you in more detail. Good luck!
