file upload question not working on a mac

At the end of my quiz I create a file upload question for students to upload their work. Some students say the upload button doesn't work and it is always students with a mac. It has been happening the last 2 or 3 weeks. They have to email me their work. Is there a fix?

I've not heard of anything like this that's specific to mac users. Although, I have heard of users experiencing varied issues in Canvas when using an outdated browser version. I'd recommend verifying those students browsers are up to date. If, after verifying students are using updated browsers, you still notice this issue for mac users, I'd recommend reporting it to Canvas Support for further assistance.
