Images Not Uploading in Canvas Badges

I am creating Badges and my images will not upload. I am getting a message that states, "Unknown Badge - Badge Import Failed".

What could be the problem? I have imported other images for badges with not problems. My images have been converted to jpeg and JPG, and neither will upload.

Thanks for posting in the Community!

It sounds like that badge image you are uploading maybe does not conform to the baking specifications, or somehow has not been baked properly.
