Problem statement:

I was skimming through the GitHub repo and didn't encounter any internationalisation as described at https://guides.rubyonrails.org/i18n.html - it appeared to me that the strings are hardcoded.

Proposed solution:

Internationalization, starting with translation, would be helpful - Instructure could start with abstracting out the strings from the code.
